Seeding
The idea for Greenworks Lawn Care was born when our owner, Bill Greenwood, started mowing for his neighbors. Impressed with his attention to detail, horticultural knowledge, and friendly personality, his neighbors began asking him to do other yard work as well.
Sprouting
To meet customers’ requests, Greenwood founded Greenworks Lawn Care in 1997, expanding services to include lawn aeration, insect control, fertilization, and more. We also added Indianapolis, Brownsburg, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Zionsville, and the surrounding communities to the areas we serve.

We’re licensed through Purdue University and have our commercial pesticide license through the Indiana State Chemist. These licenses keep us up-to-date on the industry’s latest laws, regulations, and products. We also belong to the Indiana Professional Lawn & Landscape Association and a yard-care resource website.
